Movie 36: Salt

This movie kept me guessing till right up to the end, which is good I guess since that was its blatantly obvious sole function. Forget being confusing with a cool story like Inception, no just throw in as many twists and turns as you possibly can and say fuck it to the substance part. It reminds me of video gaming, when you create stuff in video games for fun, like a Sims house with 40 bathrooms, or a Spore creature made of all eyes. This movie was that ridiculous extreme, except with twists and turns (and unconscious guards). Don't get me wrong, it was fun to watch, with a lot of bad ass moments because apparently Salt is immortal. However, I would not watch it again because its gimmick has been used up. I know the outcome of all the convoluted shit in the story, so now it's no longer fun to watch. This movie is worth one watch, so rent it don't buy it.
